For thirty years David has been creating beautiful stained glass pieces. Trained in traditional European techniques, using modern materials, David’s art unites the beauty of light and the color of the glass with the satisfaction that comes from true craftsmanship.

But it wasn’t always this way. David first pursued a career in academia with stained glass only a hobby. He earned his BA in English from Hanover College, his master’s degree from the University of Louisville, his doctorate from the University of Cincinnati and taught college level Creative Writing. Finally realizing that he love stained glasswork more than he loved teaching, he opened his own studio in 1988. His work can be seen in galleries, museums, private homes, churches, and businesses throughout the region.
